Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all hair extensions can be returned for a full refund within 30 days in their original, unused state as long as they are still bound together and in the original packaging. Hair care products cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact us using the contact form if you have any issues with your order. Please note that we are not responsible for any items that get lost in transit. If your package gets lost, please reach out to the carrier first. They may be able to better assist you in shipping matters.

**For returns: Please provide us with the order number, name, phone number, and email address on your order, as well as the reason for your return. Please allow us 24-48 hours to respond.
